    No oversight by management teams either a product of incompetence or understaffing. Do not take leasing violations seriously. No meaningful, actionable steps taken to support residents beyond acknowledgement of requests for assistance.

    I’m sharing this on behalf of my son. He is in the final stretch of a Masters degree, a culmination of 5 years of hard work. He is at Sol in a 2 apartment unit. Last week a new roommate moved in that has incessantly been smoking what smells like weed and burning incense. This is causing a massive disruption to my son’s studies and jeopardizing his final year. The Sol team has been non-responsive all weekend and today. If your children value their education avoid this place at all costs. Update: Day 5 since this began, no word from Sol. Im starting to think these 5 star reviews are fake.

    I toured at SoL with Anna and it was AMAZING!! The apartment looked very pretty, and Anna did a great job to allowing us to see everything on the property from the study rooms, to gym, to pool and more. I had a lot of questions and Anna was able to answer all of them for me. Overall great experience!

    I’ve visited this apartment complex a couple of times and seen firsthand how awesome it is. The vibe is clean, friendly, and well-kept, and it feels more like a community than just an apartment complex. The staff shows they really care and pay attention to the little things. I want to give a shoutout to Anna for her amazing work ethic and dedication. I’ve seen her go above and beyond, often staying late to make sure everything’s taken care of—whether it’s cleaning equipment, organizing packages, or handling small details that keep everything running smoothly. It’s clear she cares about what she does, and it shows in how she works.

    Very, VERY disappointed in the management of this apartment complex and my son will not be renewing. As a parent paying the rent I would NOT recommend this apartment complex. We had a trauma in our family, one of my older sons committed suicide in August and shortly thereafter I made a mistake by paying the rent with wrong account. They shut off our ability to pay through a bank account because of this mistake, even though I corrected the payment almost immediately. Many requests, verbal and written, to restore our ability to pay through a bank account went ignored; the management 'lying' by citing 'fair housing laws'. NOT an apartment complex we would ever recommend and are so disappointed in our choice. My student will be moving out when his lease expires.
