Don’t live here! When it comes time to leave they charge you for things that didn’t happen!! They took $ off my deposit over carpet damage? I have pictures here! Carpet isn’t damaged! I had no pets no nothing I am as clean as can be! You guys need to be careful!! I had a friend who had the same issue, pretty sad the apartment isn’t all that for them to be doing that. They have old ladies standing at the garbage trashes talking at night which is gross and also they have roaches !! You can clearly tell my carpet is great and there is no “rips”!! Terrible crew there unfortunately!! TikTok will see this also

First of all, this is a great location. I’ve been living here for 7-8 months. I’m currently a student at ASU and a retired veteran. I will be listing the pros and cons of living here. By the way if 3.9 stars was possible that’s what I would rate this.
Pros: Maintenance is really quick, my apartment is on the second floor in real good shape and I’ve never had a problem with pests or roaches. So many great amenities like the pools and the gym and they’re always in good shape. I keep my apartment clean and it’s just beautiful, everyone who visits always says this is a nice area. I love the convenience of being close enough to ASU to commute but far enough from ASU to not deal with the party people. I can’t emphasise how good in shape this apartment was when I got it. And it’s still in that same good shape. Overall this is a geographical cheat code. Perfect location.
Cons: Random people show up at night who don’t live here to use the pools and play soccer. It’s extremely annoying because they do it late at night and I don’t think I’ve seen any kind of security cameras around here. They’re loud and obnoxious and it doesn’t help that my bedroom window is facing Broadway road, I hear all the traffic and people downstairs who show up fighting and yelling. By the way, 90% of those people don’t live here. I drive a brand new nice car and I’ve noticed new dents on my doors. That’s exactly what I have a problem with. We need some kind of security or gated community style entrance. Random people coming in is not okay. My last grievance is the price. Although it’s a nice place, the price is excessive. I just want to price match to other nice apartments I’ve found in the area. And apparently that can’t be accommodated, so I will be moving. Yes this is a nice place but the cons make the price not worth it. The damage to my car and random people waking me up at night isn’t worth it. Like I said, this is truly unfortunate, I always pay my rent early and never miss a payment. I keep my apartment in the best shape possible. I pay and clean exceptionally well and that makes me a reliable tenant. All I asked was for a $150 reduction from my base rent right now and I was told no without consideration. That’s why I’ll be renting elsewhere.
All in all, it’s a good apartment complex. Just make sure your room is in the back part, not the front beside the leasing office because that’s where all the obnoxious loud people pull up and you can hear the constant street traffic. And make sure you’re willing to pay a higher price than what you’re comfortable with.

I would NOT recommend living here and strongly urge prospective residents to reconsider before signing a lease.
During my one-year stay, I experienced repeated concerns with package security, including multiple missing deliveries when items were not placed in lockers. This issue appears to still be ongoing—even recently, a package mistakenly sent to my previous address at this complex was not recovered.
I also dealt with persistent pest issues, including cockroaches from the beginning of my lease despite maintaining a very clean apartment and submitting repeated service requests. Over time, additional pests—including crickets and termites—appeared. In my experience, these issues were not fully resolved.
Additionally, there were frequent water shutoffs during my time living here, sometimes occurring multiple days per week for several hours at a time. This significantly impacted my ability to comfortably live and work from home.
Communication with the office was consistently difficult, and it often required repeated follow-up just to receive a response. I was also charged a fee I did not expect shortly after raising these concerns, and the timing of this was concerning.
Additionally, the unit I received differed in condition from what was presented during leasing, including carpeting that was not clean upon move-in.
The maintenance team was generally prompt and helpful, which was the only consistently positive aspect of my experience.
Overall, based on my experience, there were ongoing concerns related to security, cleanliness, and responsiveness that significantly impacted my quality of living. I strongly encourage anyone considering this property to carefully evaluate these factors and seriously consider other options.
