  DO NOT RENT HERE: I’d give them 0 stars if I could. After moving out we received a collections phone call about an undisclosed $60 cleaning fee that we never were notified about. Lawns are littered with dog feces. Homeless wander through the premises and sleep in the pool area and under the stairs. They also dig through all of the dumpsters. Swat and law enforcement are constantly on the premises for domestic disputes and break ins. The a/c constantly stops working in the summer time. Cabinets and doors come pre-damaged. Locks on the patios don’t lock properly. Hope you like crickets and spiders, the lack of seals around the doors and windows let heat and all in. Not to mention the cockroach’s because of the people that live there. Oh and don’t count on any of the cameras to work because they are all for show. A former employee backed into my vehicle and had no proof because the camera pointing right at my car conveniently didn’t work. Door to the mailroom is supposed to be locked but the door is constantly broken.

  My husband and I have lived here for over a year. The apartments are nice sized and one of the best parts is all utilities are included. I've never had a problem with them fixing anything and Priscilla in the office is a doll. She's very professional, sweet and helpful. If you have a problem she'll try and help. ❤️ Her

  Great amazing staff Priscilla is the best to work with out of all places I’ve lived she is the best and sweetest person always kind caring super patient the staff works with you and it’s a quite place very convenient location
