    I’ve been living at sol since August and I absolutely love it. I talk to a lot of people for my everyday job so it’s nice to be at a student preferred living that isn’t at the thick of ASU campus life. Also being a smaller apartment complex makes it easier to have better communication with the staff. I’ve talked to Madi and Zach specifically multiple times and each time they have given me great help and advice whenever I needed it. The mangers there as well are super helpful even when they are juggling a lot of things at once. I’m grateful that my first apt experience is with Sol.

    I loved living here for the last couple years but lately their Maintence or possibly management hasn’t been doing their job in fixing anything that me or my roommates request to fix. I don’t know what to do anymore except to come here to the reviews. The vent outside my room door has been leaking water for months because there’s a hole in it and the AC professionals have to come and replace it, is what I was being told. And Maintence also said they can’t do anything about it unless the building signs off on it to have it scheduled. So they keep marking it complete while I’m stepping in water everyday. I just want it fixed. I know it can’t happen overnight but the fact that nobody is communicating when or if it’ll get fixed has become very frustrating. I really don’t like to complain but come on, I’m stepping in water everyday so I had to put towels and a bucket down there. I pour the water out everyday once it’s full. I’m paying all this money in rent and they can’t come fix the leak? It’s just not fair. I’m only asking for one thing. Please! I don’t know what to do anymore. I truly enjoyed living here but this isn’t ok.

    So far living here has been amazing. the free shuttle is so useful getting to campus and the walk in closet is definitely a perk! The front desk associates are so wonderful especially Zach who has helped me out so much with all my questions!!

    The rent at SoL is a good price for any college student compared to nearby apartments. The amenities are good and this was my first time choosing a place to live in off campus as an ASU student and I believe it was a good choice. I had issues that were sorted before I moved here and the staff replies back immediately. Have already recommended Sol to my friends!
