It just isn't worth the money to live is horrible conditions. As clean as we were, its still had roaches running around. Even the freezer and fridge had roaches in there. MAINTENANCE was notified and glue pads were put out. It has not been solved and problem is on going I'm getting charged outrageous amounts of money, my rent was based at 1675.00 but I ended up paying 2100. Monthly. They asked for proof, it was showed and it was ignored and passed off as a missed payment from previous month's and every bill has been paid on time. Go search elsewhere for a place to live. Not these Roach apts..
