- RRRenee ReyesDec 13, 20253.0Roaches!! Saw one the very first night we moved in. Keeping our apartment super clean minimized the roaches but we would still see them too often. Even walking our dog through the complex there were roaches all over the grass, sidewalks and hallways. ALSO VISIBLE mold on the roof of the shower upon move in. Shower drain refuses to drain, maintenance request was never taken care of. Lastly, the gates are left wide open day or night, they are rarely closed.

The amenities are fantastic, and the maintenance team is super quick and efficient. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience! :)

- THTrevor HadleyNov 19, 20255.0Overall this is a solid place, people complain about bugs, but if you keep your space clean you don’t have an issue, we live in AZ there’s bugs so don’t be gross and not clean your apartment. Elle in the office very helpful and the maintenance guy i forget his name is great with getting stuff done as well if something is not working.
