  PLEASE JUST LOOK AT THE PHOTOS! The photos speak for themselves. This has genuinely been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any business. From what we were told was a black mold issue that they just kept painting over to a window falling out, this place just kept becoming more of a nightmare. Maintenance and management are the main problems. (Maintenance) genuinely doesn’t know what he’s doing. It seems like they hired whoever would do it for the cheapest hourly rate. The biggest problem here is mold/mildew and I cannot stress that enough. They refuse to get a mold test and have lawyers threatening that the mildew is due to us not cleaning. The bathroom has no ventilation and again maintenance even admitted that and multiple reports about bathroom ventilation have been made to the maintenance team. Maintenance told us it was mold, and the complex even had to pay an outside company to come out and clean the air vents because it was so bad. But even after that, according to maintenance “professional opinion,” he claimed mold isn't present because “I would be in the hospital.” He hasn’t fixed the again what we where told was a mold issue in over a year. He failed to fix our window after 4 attempts (they finally had to hire an outside company), he ruined the bathroom counter with glue, ruined the floors with paint, and even "fixed" the dishwasher by attaching wooden planks to it. He has ruined our carpets, personal items, and towels because he won’t even move them while he’s working. This place is lazy and has no care for the residents.(Management) is completely unprofessional and will try to treat you like a toddler. When we had our walkthrough, she showed up 20 minutes late wearing pajamas. She even used to park her car in one of the only disabled parking spots until we threatened the city on her. She won’t answer emails or respond to calls; she just sends maintenance out to deal with her problems instead of having a conversation. This place is a rug pull. The unit you tour is updated and better quality than what you actually get. Everything is falling apart and they don’t want to spend the money to fix it. This is a major health problem waiting to boil over and we are looking into legal action at this point. STAY AWAY.

  Maintenance staff are always so kind, quick, and helpful. Special thanks to Ulysses- our AC went out right as it was getting hot and they were super quick to help us out with it!
