It took multiple calls over a several week period to get a broken sprinkler fixed that was blasting water on my front window and I ended up having to call my homeowner's insurance to file a claim for water damage. The water was hitting the window and going down into the window frame then into the wall and getting into my living room. Then I called Cox to get my internet connected, which is a service my household needs for both work and school and the HOA secretary came out of his house when the Cox technician attempted to go on the roof and "went off" on the Cox technician (per the technician) and refused to allow him on the roof to connect the internet. He told the technician that he is the HOA and does not have to allow him on the roof. There is an easement written in the legal documents that I had to sign for closing that utilities are supposed to be allowed access to connect and repair services. Thankfully the technician had the wrong unit number otherwise I would have been filing a lawsuit. There is a broken sprinkler head right outside my front door that is blasting water like a jet stream when the irrigation system turns on. I sent photos to an irrigation specialist who said the sprinkler head is broken. Who do I call to get this fixed? I have had no luck getting anyone to respond to me. The ph# I was given to call goes into a voicemail and no one has called me back.
