When we got 3 months behind ( there was a glitch) I was lucky enough to get a hold of Davin!!! Oh my goodness!! She saved the day efficiently, effectively and with kindness, humor and understanding!! I am even wondering if this HOA company is even legit. My realtor has reached out to them multiple times and she has not received any response from them. If we dont get a response soon, I will file a COMPLAINT with the BBB about their poor customer service and we will walk out of buying the property here. I they are not helping now, imagine if we move in to their HOA area.
