  I AM THE PRESIDENT OF OUR HOA. I’VE HAD THE PRIVILEGE OF WORKING WITH DAVID SALAZAR FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS NOW AND I FIND HIM EXTRAORDINARY. HE IS RESPONSIVE AND ALWAYS TRIES TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES QUICKLY. I TRULY ENJOY WORKING WITH HIM.

  Davin did a great job in uderstanding my desire to be kept apprised of info relating to Colony Court and my not wanting to access the portal for such info. Receiving HOA payment info by Mail or Email is required.

  If Colby could clone Davin Tabert so that he worked in every department, I would give Colby 5 stars, but this 5 star rating is specifically for the one-and-only Davin. Davin is at the front desk, but don't mistake him for just a receptionist. He is very knowledgable, and what he doesn't know, he will find out for you. Most important, though, is his responsiveness. Davin has never left me hanging. He always gets back to me in a timely manner. In an era where good customer service is hard to come by, Davin Tabert is a rock star!

  I contacted Colby Mgmt. today to make my April HOA pmt. and to set up auto pay. I spoke first with Davin, who explained clearly how to make my April pmt. through Town Square. I went to T.S. to pay, but then got stuck and called again. This time I spoke with Mary. She explained where I had gone wrong and got me back on track. They both were very patient and kind with an older, barely computer-literate, person. Thanks to both! Judith Beals

  I want to recognize Veronica. She has gone so far over and beyond, and has become a friend. She represents Colby at their finest! My property hired Colby in 1993. We upgraded to management services in 2020. Colby merged with Associa summer 2025. It’s been an adjustment but overall the outcome is showing positive. Coming back to the original, Veronica is a gift! She has been amazing! I wouldn’t have been able to do a fraction as my property HOA president without her! Thank you!
