  I’ve had a great experience living at Mountain Vista Apartments in Sierra Vista. The staff here truly stands out—they’re professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were handled quickly and with a positive attitude, which makes a big difference. Another major highlight is the affordability. It’s not easy to find a place that offers this level of comfort and service at such a reasonable price. The value you get here is hard to beat, especially compared to other options in the area. Overall, Mountain Vista is a solid choice if you’re looking for a well-managed, budget-friendly place with a team that actually looks out for you.

  I am writing to share my positive experience as a resident here. I have known the Mountain Vista employees for a few years now, and I want to highlight that Katrina and David have always been such good people and very friendly. I would highly recommend getting an apartment here. It is a very quiet community with nice residents and a super cool playground for the kiddos. It is just perfect for us, especially now that the sidewalks and landings are being fixed. These improvements will make the property even better, and I can’t wait to see the finished results.

  If you are looking to rent in this place, do it, only if you like living in a place where administration does not care about taking care of basic necessities. All of the time only half of the washers and dryers function. We have already reported this multiple times and they just repair it for a day and next day it's broken. I moved in August and they promised the rotten deck was going to be replaced that same month. It's been 6 months and administration told me that my deck is not as bad to be replaced. My deck is unsafe, has rotten wood and nails coming out.. This administration sucks. All they care is collecting rent and ignoring the real problems in the apartment complex. Not worth the money that you pay. I recommend you looking for a place that will be worth the money paid. This is very, very disappointing. I wish I could've known this before moving to this dump.

  The management team at Mountain Vista show they really care about the property they run! They are very professional, organized, and knowledgeable. And show they are ready to help anyone that comes through those doors. It’s a breath of fresh air. You also have the maintenance crew that are very helpful and friendly. Plus, the property looks great! Just an overall great environment!

  Management and Maintenance are well established. Work orders and emergencies are tended to on a timely manner. Lived here many years, Ups and downs but overall a good living space. Pool and jacuzzi are always clean too.
