Poor living design for noise. Bdrms beside neighbor's living rms with no insulation. Cheap quality, but cheap rent. Family friendly, but NOT night shift worker friendly. Terrible internet! (Little streaming capability, likely NO gaming.) Very friendly staff though & convenient location.

Just moved out after 2 years of living here. I had a 2 bed 1 bath, and I loved the location of my apartment. It was a perfect size for my child and I. But with how much rent was increasing over these 2 years, it wasn’t worth the price anymore. I really liked the property manager Katrina, I thought she was really nice and helpful. Overall my only complaints are when I renewed my lease for the second year, I requested to get a new bathtub and sink because when I initially moved in they were already peeling since they were painted over, I guess. So when I requested a new bathtub and sink, the solution was to just repaint over it…I didn’t really complain because I was grateful to have somewhere to live, but that was interesting to say the least. Also, each unit has a small hot water tank, so hot water only lasts for about 10 minutes in the shower and then it suddenly gets cold. So if you have ethnic hair or thick hair in general, you’ll have to take a separate shower to wash your hair and to wash your body.

Just visited the laundry facility. Unbelievable the condition it's in. Shame on those who don't pick up after themselves but management has to also step up their game. There's no excuse for it to look like it does after this place has been open for business all day. Someone needs to walk through there daily and address it if need be. I would be ashamed for someone thinking about moving here to see it in that condition.

My experience at this apartment complex was incredibly disappointing, and I feel it’s important to share what I went through so others can make an informed decision. From the very beginning, dealing with management felt like an uphill battle. Communication was slow, dismissive, and rarely resulted in actual solutions. Any time I raised concerns about safety or livability, it felt like I was being ignored rather than helped. The living environment itself caused constant stress. The property had ongoing issues that made it feel unhealthy and unsafe, and despite reporting problems multiple times, almost nothing was properly addressed. The construction quality was noticeably poor, and signs of neglect were visible throughout the complex. One of the most upsetting parts of my experience involved the issue of smoking. The complex is advertised as a non-smoking community, which was a major factor in my decision to live there. However, my upstairs neighbor regularly smoked inside their unit, and the secondhand smoke drifted into my apartment every single day. Not only was this incredibly unpleasant, but it made my living space feel toxic and unhealthy. Even after repeatedly reporting it, management failed to enforce their own policy or offer any meaningful resolution, leaving me to deal with the consequences of someone else’s behavior. Adding to all of this, when I moved out, I was charged for repairs that I believe were the result of the building’s low-quality construction rather than anything I caused. Being held financially responsible for issues tied to cheap materials and poor workmanship felt especially unfair after everything I had already dealt with. Overall, my time here was filled with unnecessary stress, lack of support, and recurring health and safety concerns that were never taken seriously. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before signing a lease. The combination of poor management, unhealthy living conditions, and unjust move-out charges made this one of the worst places I’ve ever lived, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same difficulties.

Great management and maintenance staff. I've been here five years and it is a wonderful place to live and enjoy neighbors.
