  Brenda Petitt very recently helped me sell my home. From the moment I met her, I trusted her 110%. She is one of the most personable and intelligent persons I've ever had the pleasure to know. She represented me and my home in the most positive way. She went way above and beyond the normal responsibilities expected of a realtor.   I had to take my dad, a Vietnam Army veteran, in because he was diagnosed with dementia. His home was in Sierra Vista, AZ and we lived in California. So I went to Haymore to find out whether they could help me rent out his place. I knew a little bit of work needed to be done. I got Lindsey Arnold as my home agent. She sent me the contract and proceeded to tell me she would provide a quote for replacing carpets, cleaning the home and fixing facia on the house. I paid for the carpet through Hone Depot. I asked about the quotes for the cleaning and the facia. I received one quote for each and asked for a few others she said she would provide them…she provided a second quote for the cleaning that was higher than the first. Then when I asked for the facia second quote she said that I did not have confidence in her ability to mange the home and it was not their company policy to get multiple quotes. She said she wanted to terminate the contract with me. We had only been working together for a little over a week. Since I buy stuff I know competing work can provide a better value to the consumer and I explained that to her leadership. But they made a reference that they believed we could not afford to do home repairs and they did not want to take owners that could not have a nest egg for repairs. I told the that my spouse and I were well compensated and that was not the issue…but they came back and said they still wanted to terminate the contract. I cannot fathom that I received no communication or education in home rental and they just terminate without really having a good cause. I had to scramble to find someone else…also, I guess that is what we can expect in customer service for our military veterans nowadays. Unbelievable how unprofessional this company was.
