I highly recommend Kelly Hammer and let me tell you the name fits! She hammered out a deal and had us close in less than three weeks. Yeah, I know right? We had two days in town to try and find a house. We told her basics of what we were looking for and price range and BAM, done! By the time we got into town she was ready to show us places. We made a decision day two and, BAM! She got us under contract. We had some things on the inspection we wanted to have fixed and within a day, BAM! She got the estimate and concessions from the seller. The day before closing our lender hadn't submitted everything, but Kelly "the hammer" Hammer made one call and BAM! We got the paperwork in. Those were just a few of the many things she did to get the deal done. I'm not sure how many clients she has going, but she sure made us feel like we were the most important. Thanks Kelly and Haymore.
