The lot fees range from $800 - $1,000! And that doesn't include water/sewer and garbage pick-up. I feel sorry for the people who are trapped in their homes because they can't sell them due to the outrageous lot fees. If you decide to live here, you better not plan on leaving because you will never be able to find a buyer.
