As a bit of a perfectionist, I really appreciate how smooth, clean, and easy they made my move-in. They even followed up to help with a few final items afterward. I’m genuinely impressed with the level of care here and highly recommend The View at Cascade.

She just has a way about her that lets you know she cares. She has been calling me by name since shortly after she arrived here. That impressed me that she actually remembered my name so quickly. She worked hard when she arrived to make the transition of a new property manager seamless. She did that and more! I love having her here! She always is so friendly and whenever I have had any challenges here (which hasn’t been much), I know she hears me and she will do whatever she can to fix it. I appreciate that so much! I come down for coffee in the mornings and her and I get to chat and I love that part of my day! Jen really makes living at The View easy and comfortable! Thank you 😊
- ASAshley SquierApr 3, 20201.0Horrible place to live. Terrible staff and management, they do not care about the residents whatsoever. Apartments are cheap and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing and the traffic outside. Currently construction going on outside. It's not even worth half what they are charging. I would not consider living here, there are several other options nearby that are much more affordable or at least worth the price of rent because the staff are decent.

Office is friendly and responsive. Minor issues and maintenance requests were taken care of promptly. I couldn't be happier!
