- AOAimee Ollinger3 days ago5.0Fernando is the property manager and he is so helpful and friendly. When applying to live at this complex he was very patient with all of my questions or concerns. Everyone that walked by his office he knew them by name. I know I will be taken care of here. The property is neat, clean and gated for additional safety. I am happy that I found this apartment.

He sent Fernando, the Community Manager, a text to reschedule my tour. Since I was researching apartments after closing hours, AI from P.B. Bell scheduled me, not Fernando. I returned at my scheduled time to meet and tour with Fernando. The apartments are clean, washers/dryer in every unit, and many spaces for covered parking. Fernando was so very friendly, charming, and very much a people person. He certainly has found his purpose in life as the manager of The 89 on Hayden apartments in this complex. He has a wonderful sense of humor and down to earth. I would recommend this apartment complex in a heartbeat and Fernando should get a raise in pay! Regards, Linda
