  So this stay thus far had been a real treat. Amenities are great — with a large gym and pool, among other benefits. The office staff is warm and checks on you. Margarito, our amazing groundskeeper, is a delight and I believe his protege David is excellent as well. A real great place. Highly recommended

  Moved in back in October of 2025. Been loving this community ever since. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been kind, and professional. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live.

  You will not only never get consistent hot water, but you’ll also get your AC turned off for the entirety of Arizona winter, a 2 day fix will turn into a repair spanning over 4 months, and management will try and convince you to be grateful that they’re doing their jobs horribly. Avoid at all costs.

  I just moved in a couple weeks ago and really love it. The office is very friendly and super helpful. The property itself is very clean and quiet overall. I moved from PA and they made it very easy keeping me updated with the application process and move in. Maintenance is always fast in addressing any issues. Definitely recommend!!

  I have been here for over 5 years now and like living here. It’s a great location where I can get to all parts of Maricopa County easily. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It’s very dog friendly and the staff treat my canines like royalty. The staff are great.
