  I’ve lived here for two years and have had a great experience. The location is perfect!!! It’s safe, quiet, and super close to Old Town Scottsdale, yet it never feels busy or overcrowded. There are never random cars parked around, which really adds to the sense of security. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and maintenance (especially John) is ALWAYS quick, reliable, and genuinely nice. Overall, it’s a well-managed community and a great place to live! I never wanna leave

  This place used to be pretty good until they installed sunshades on all the windows. Management will not let you remove or adjust them (even though it seems they are designed to do so). The apartment has become so dark and depressing it’s really terrible.

  Do not move here unless you want to live in a dark cave with no natural light. They recently installed sunshades on EVERY WINDOW in all apartments. If you adjust the part that is MADE TO BE ADJUSTED and removed you are quickly threatened with a lease violation. It is absolutely horrible living like this and despite multiple complaints from residents management will not budge. It should honestly be illegal but of course it is not because tenants have no rights against big corporations. Again do not move here, living with virtually no windows and no natural sunlight is UNHEALTHY. Very upsetting

  I am not happy at all with the management! I do live here right now and they Nickel and Dime us for what evere they can. If you have a gf or bf with a dog, do not brimg the dog over not even for a night or they have charged a friend of mine over $300 for a fine or he had to vacate the premises. The only reason I live here is do to location and being pool side. Other than management, the staff here is very nice and helpful. There is 1 woman in the office that is awesome, her name is Laurie ask for her to help you and you will be smilin!
