  I would have loved to have left 5 stars. I lived there for 12 months and the community is really pretty. It's in a great area, our neighbors were great, the grills are nice, and the front office staff is friendly and helpful. I'm only writing this review to warn current tenants and potential future tenants about WILD move-out fees. This was the last apartment I lived in before buying a home, and never have I ever lost a deposit nor been out-of-pocket for damages. We were hit with +$650 in fees for items like blinds and carpet replacement. I understand a cleaning fee, but the amount of money they tried to justify for 12 months of use left us deposit-less and out-of-pocket. Looks like a lot of other tenants experienced the same thing after reading their reviews. Beware!

  I rented there for 6 months and had a terrible experience. The staff is very rude and they find a way to keep your security deposit for no reason!!The only thing this place has going for it is the location, but its not enough. I DO NOT recommend this place .

  Beautiful place, however I do not live here. My friends place, however, is nice. There's just the matter of parking. The overflow parking is in the very very back, and there aren't many uncovered spots to snag.
