  PMI has been excellent to work with. They made the process of renting out my property and moving out seamless and stress-free. The entire team is courteous, responsive, professional and efficient. I especially want to recognize the real estate broker, Hanan, and property maintenance coordinator, Hannah-they are true Gems! They are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely care about their clients. I highly recommend PMI to anyone looking for a dependable property management company. I would absolutely work with them again in the future!

  Aaron Simpson is the real deal! He totally crushed it when he helped us buy our first investment property. The whole thing felt way less stressful than we expected, and it was obvious right away that he really knows the local housing market inside and out. After we bought the place, we had Aaron manage it for us, and he’s been awesome with that too. He’s always on top of things, gets back to us fast, and makes sure any problems are sorted immediately. The property is in great hands. Aaron genuinely looks out for you and makes sure you get the best deal, whether you're buying a house or having him run the show as a manager.
