The property is well maintained, the neighborhood is quiet, and the facilities are kept in good condition. The staff - Bryanna, April, David, and Alex - are always responsive, professional, and friendly.
- SKSELVA KUMARSep 24, 20251.0Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Unreliable Leasing Experience I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this leasing team. Initially, they committed to making the house available on my requested move-in date, which was a key reason I chose this property. However, when I started the application process and tried to follow up, I called them over 100 times — and they rarely answered. After weeks of trying, they finally picked up once, only to casually inform me that the house would not be available on the committed date. This last-minute change was unacceptable, especially since my wife is under medical treatment, and I had clearly communicated the urgency of our situation multiple times. Despite that, they waited until just three days before my move-in date to tell me the house wasn’t available. This left me scrambling to find another apartment in an unfamiliar city with almost no time — a situation that caused immense stress and disruption. Their lack of communication, accountability, and empathy was shocking. If they had informed me earlier, I could have made alternate arrangements. Instead, they completely failed to honor their commitment and showed no responsibility for the consequences. I do not recommend this leasing team to anyone looking for a reliable and professional rental experience.
