He’s always so friendly, easy to reach, and genuinely willing to help with anything that comes up. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, he responds quickly and takes care of things without hesitation. It makes such a difference having someone who actually cares about the residents and the community. I really appreciate everything he does! Great place to live :)

I enjoy a small community which this is. Apartment is so cozy. Very safe area, I have not felt unsafe at all. Fernando, the community manager was great to work with up moving in. Extremely nice and answered all my questions. I’ve seen him a few times around the community and he’s always asking if everything is good with my apartment. Maintenance has been very quick fixing stuff when I needed! Upon moving there was two minor things I needed and he was fast and efficient and got it done! I plan on staying here for awhile :)
