- CSChloe SherrodJul 20, 20254.0We are grateful to be living in such a great condo. Whenever we have a maintenance request, Tammy is very efficient to send someone our way. When I mentioned a concern, she was quick to address it with me. She is ahead of the game when it is time to renew. We have had one mishap where we overpaid for rent, but that was eventually solved as well. Briefly, I would like to mention again that she is very quick to help when there is a maintenance request, despite being a very busy lady(we are not her fanciest property either!!). We are thankful for you, Tammy☺️

Monthly reports of the property are always available. She also has great contractors that take care of any open issues. I've used some of them directly and they are very professional. I highly recommend her group.
- MPMichelle PJun 11, 20231.0Renter beware. 523 W Coconino Pl. This property isn’t listed on VRBO or AirBNB because it would never withstand the reviews. I had rented a home from Tammy (listing agent) in Fulton Ranch which is located in Chandler. We paid a premium given the timing of the market for a vacation rental but this home was nothing close to a ‘vacation’ type of property. Tammy deceitfully advertised the property, wouldn’t allow us to see it beforehand and proceeded to say that it was exactly like the photos. She couldn’t have been further from the truth. The pictures were from years ago, it was no longer a “model home” that it once was 15 years ago went built. The bedding was stained, ripped, rough, hard, and all around disgusting. Towels were old and crusty, beds were broken, patio furniture broken and covered with cobwebs, over grown shrubs and trees to the point of serious safety concerns, torn drapes, broken toilet paper holders and drawers in every bathroom, ant & spider issues inside and outside of home, faulty garage door that slams shut randomly, 34 burnt light bulbs, broken refrigerator that spoiled our food, a broken smoking dryer that took a week to replace, blown sprinklers in yard wasting water, and a broken kitchen trash can. She advertises as though the home comes with a jacuzzi…but it’s not an actual heated jacuzzi. Terrible property and even worse landlord.
