    After six months outstanding service items (noted on move-in day): washer squeals and dryer vent is not cleaned, and needs a new vent. I pay an extra $10/mo for this. Service inquiry submitted 3/2025. Still nothing.

    We have lived here almost a year in one of their town houses. The management staff is kind and responsive. The maintenance staff does a great job and Eli and Peter are always kind and responsive this is a great property and plan on living here long term. The amenities are great and everything always looks clean and tidy. Great job team!
