- ARAlexis RSep 24, 20255.0I had a great experience living here. For the most part, it is quiet, and a majority of the neighbors are respectful. The best part is the price. You get a steal for the amount of space you get AND you get a 1 or 2 car garage depending on your unit. Mail is easy to get and never had any problems with any package theft. The leasing office is located in Peoria, but I never really had any issues that couldn't be solved with a quick phone call or email. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Daisy for being very friendly, professional, and responsive in anything I needed. I highly recommend anyone to consider this complex if looking for a spacious, quiet, and affordable community. Thank you for a great experience!

Most of the time it’s within a few minutes. He was well prepared and got things done quickly. This is how management should be! Not to mention, the units are amazing and well kept. Thankful we found this place and have Eric managing it!
