- ARAmber RobertsonAug 1, 20251.0PSA This place offers a concession because their property is infested with Roaches. Property management is rude and does not take the proper actions needed in order to remedy the situation. Apartment 1067 has a family behind them, that has a roach problem. The unit also has a smell of sewage in the bathroom. They did not take the necessary steps to help me resolve the roach issue. The pest control company atomic pest control came out and stated I had no issue. They claimed to come out and spray the unit, however did not. I had to complain about them not spraying to have any action taken. After three foggings, and two sprayings, I still had roaches. Over a two month period, they were no hall in getting rid of the roaches. I have videos and photos to prove there was an issue. However, treated like a liar. The problem gets so bad, that roaches will crawl on you while you’re sleeping in the living room. At one point they replaced a dishwasher, with a dishwasher that had roach debris in the bottom of it. Atomic pest control confirmed that several units on the property were infested with roaches. The on-site laundry faculty wreaks of sewer water and leaves your clothes stinking after washing. Proceed renting with caution!
