These contemporary apartment homes feature stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops, gray subway tile backsplash, and white cabinetry with brushed nickel finishes. Ask about the stand-alone casitas and assigned covered parking. Take advantage of our resort-style amenities, which include a lighted tennis court, two resort-style swimming pools, and a renovated, 24-hour fitness center with new equipment including TRX and a Yoga/Spin room! Your pet is in luck too because our pet-friendly apartments have an on-site enclosed dog park. Plus, we are a fully non-smoking community so you and your guests can breathe easy and enjoy healthy living. Tucked away behind the shops at Agua Caliente, you will not need to travel far to find what you need. Our community is located close to the shops at Gainey Ranch, dining in Old Town Scottsdale, entertainment, and recreation. As an Airbnb-friendly community, residents can host their apartment home on Airbnb part-time, up to 90 days per year. (Hosting is subject to local laws and regulations.)
