  I highly recommend AZ Home Buyer, Landon Luchtel (owner) if you are looking to sell your home for cash. I recently sold my parents’ home. The house was in excellent shape on the outside, but dated on the inside. I knew that I did not want to take on the project of a remodel. AZ Home Buyer is highly rated on Google and the BBB. I thought, let’s give them a try. I had a number in mind that I thought was a fair price. After seeing the photos of the inside, Landon agreed and met my price. Within 5 (five) days, the house sold, closed and the money was in my Mom’s account. I cannot say enough about Landon’s honesty and integrity throughout the process. I was realistic about the price that I wanted and had all appropriate documents to sell the house. We worked with Stacy at Chicago Title Agency who was excellent. The entire process was easy. Landon, thank you again for the opportunity to work with you. I truly appreciate your integrity.
