  As a vendor that works with community management companies throughout the valley and Tucson, I have found the managers at Associa Arizona in Scottsdale to be very knowledgeable and competent. Its always a pleasure working with managers that truly care about the communities they work with. Michael Arrington has a great team and I would highly recommend their services to any HOA association looking for a great management company.

  On behalf of the owners/residents at Summer Place Terrace I would like to thank the Associa Arizona Scottsdale team for the amazing service. This past week Property Manager Jennifer Clifford and Code Enforcement Specialist Allen Wolford helped us with a particular Vendor problem we had been dealing with for years. Within 8 days this particular problem was solved! Allen went over and above actually spending time in our community ensuring the Vender did what they were contracted to do. As a thankyou , our community will now collect funds to pitch a brand new Comedy Reality TV show....working title....."EVERYBODY LOVES ALLEN" !

  Really can't say enough good things about the people in the office. Friendly and helpful. Michael Arrington is really a very knowledgeable and competent guy. Super nice guy as well.

  I really appreciate Michael Arrington and his experience in property management. He really understands the needs of his communities and how to best get them addressed. He serves his communities well by pairing them with the right vendors to get things done urgently and professionally.
