I pay this fee automatically by my bank and have never missed a payment in 25 years. I am asking (now for the 4th time) that you would readjust my bill to show the late fees waved. Even though I adjusted my payment last summer to the new amount I am still accruing late fees. Please respond so I can get this figured out quickly.

For the past 12 months Fred Curry has been our Community Manager. He has truly been a pleasure to work with. He's extremely knowledgeable with an extensive list of vendors to assist with our needs, He is prompt to our meetings and when asked look into something or obtain bids for upcoming projects he handles it in an expeditious manner.

My HOA finally found the right property management company when we signed a contract with Associa Arizona. The online programs available via @Associa Arizona make it easy stay on top of financial and homeowners information. That being said, the absolute 5+star rated item for our HOA was getting assigned Fred Curry as our property manager. Fred Curry is knowledgeable, reliable, and accessible. Our HOA relies of Fred and he quickly and willingly helps us paddle our canoe to success.
