  I was approved for an apartment here and i'd like to give a personal shoutout to Timea who was so rude and condescending when she called to let me know that I had to withdraw my approved application and look elsewhere.

  Moved in today from another unit here and the shower, dishwasher and washing machine won’t work. Debra was nothing but rude and argumentative during the entire process. She also misled us the entire time stating the apartment would have carpet in the rooms and it would be clean but it does not. I asked this multiple times on a recorded line. She’s quitting in a week so she clearly doesn’t care but this has been the standard service since PB Bell took over. They treat you like crap unless you’re a new resident. We finally get keys and our apartment was not cleaned well at all to the point we had to come clean it even though it was apparently professionally cleaned. Called Debra she said “well it was clean when I looked at it” but I guess a quick wipe of the counters is clean for here, but they want to charge us $150 to clean our old unit that’s in way better shape after living there for 9 years. Told her this is pretty unacceptable and she says “well what do you want me to do about it” no apology or anything. Great first impression to our new home. I spent over 12 hours moving in the heat and can’t shower, do laundry or use the dishwasher. The people here also drive so fast through the parking lot and management doesn’t bother implementing any extra speed bumps or precautions to help this. I almost got hit twice in the span of 2 minutes driving thru the parking lot.
