5 Stars – Constant Disruption and Zero Respect for Residents Living here has become a full-time job of managing inconveniences. If you value basic utilities, privacy, or a predictable schedule, look elsewhere. The Water Crisis The water shut-offs are beyond excessive. It feels like every other day there is a "mandatory" shut-off for "emergency maintenance." • No Work-Life Balance: You can’t enjoy a day off because you can’t run the dishwasher or do laundry. • The Post-Work Nightmare: There is nothing worse than coming home from a long shift only to find out you can’t shower or even boil water to cook dinner. • Lack of Communication: Half the time, management doesn't even bother to send a warning. You just turn on the faucet and get nothing but air. Invasion of Privacy The "constant maintenance" isn't just outside; it’s inside your home. The frequency of apartment inspections is intrusive and bordering on harassment. You never truly feel like you have a private sanctuary because management or contractors are constantly cycling through. Unreliable Management To make matters worse, they can’t even stick to their own schedule. They will email a specific window for maintenance, but the workers either show up hours late or don't show up at all—only to surprise you on a different day entirely. Bottom Line: For the price of rent here, you expect the bare minimum: working plumbing and respect for your time. This complex provides neither. Avoid this place unless you enjoy living in a construction zone with no water.

Maintenance crew is amazing. As well as front office. They 100% handle things in a timely matter and are incredibly friendly. My experience has been absolutely great.

Cindy is so rude to the residents. She called to speak to me and then would not let me speak. Her tone in which she spoke to me, you would think she was talking to a three-year-old. The situation was handled by Hayley who is so sweet. This is not my first bad interaction with Cindy. She has been nothing but rude to me since I’ve moved in. Every interaction we’ve had has been unpleasant for me. I don’t think you want someone like that to represent your company as the person that people call and talk to or that come in to look at these apartments

Do yourself a favor and don’t move in here. The rent cost may be enticing but it’s for a reason and they won’t mention the copious amount of fees that stack on top of the actual rent. For one, there is a “CEM” fee which is a constantly fluctuating price and the way it’s presented is it’s your responsibility for all the property management fees like maintaining the buildings and the “aesthetic”, including the pools. At one point, they sent an email that if someone ends up being reckless in the pool that causes a shut down, the tenants collectively are responsible and it will reflect on the CEM fees. What in the socialism is that? Then there’s the parcel pending fee - which may be the only semi worthy fee assuming tenants pick up their packages on time and there are actually available lockers. The most absurd fee is the $30 a month non negotiable fee for the Alley Trash waste. They don’t come pick up the trash consistently, they’ll take ever holiday off and weekends, they even decide not to come during things like the Super Bowl because i guess they’re too busy watching football. Every day you have to put your trash into a Alley waste provided trash can which you CANT leave outside your door and have to bring it inside your house after the trash is picked up (IF it’s picked up) and you can’t use it as a personal trash can so you have to buy a secondary trash can and again assuming they even pick it up. It’s so ridiculous to the point where most of the residents don’t even use the service and throw their trash out themselves so you’re just gifting them $30 a month. On top of that, MONTHLY water shut offs, pool is constantly closed, every wednesday the lead blowers are here from 7 am - 2 PM making insane amount of noise, and the units smell like rotten eggs due to what i assume are terrible pipes. Oh and mold! found mold several times, and of course all they do is deny deny deny. They micromanage everything - no holiday lights past a certain date , no bird feeders, no using the patio storage where the water heater is, the gym is laughable but they won’t enforce a bunch of drunk people swimming and being loud at 3 AM or loud music. An absolute joke of a property and can’t wait to move out.

I've been living here since June of 2025 and it's one of the best places I've lived at in my entire life! The grounds are well-kept, maintenance responds to work order requests in a timely manner and the office staff is polite and professional. I love this area with all of the wildlife and this apartment complex gives me resort vibes!
