  Stella is absolutely amazing, we LOVE living here, our leasing agent Marissa was phenomenal, as is the manager Val, they really care and make you feel that way. The maintenance manager Richard is beyond Phenomenal! He cares and has the best energy, you feel taken care of and at ease, he is very skilled, knowledgeable and makes sure things are done right for you ! I cannot say enough good things about him and everyone at Stella! Best rental experience ever.

  I only just moved in a day ago but every interaction and experience I have had with this community from the very first time I reached out about the apartments has been nothing short of phenomenal. The entire office is so welcoming, compassionate, fun, and engaging. Our move from KC to AZ was a rough one but J’honna in the office made sure we knew that we had a warm and welcoming home waiting for us. The office team alone is reason enough to move in, but the apartments themselves and the community amenities are on another level. It truly feels like home even when I’m in a state that I have only been in once before. You can tell they pay attention to the little things. Tons of cabinet space, beautiful kitchens, large windows, open floor plans. My personal favorite points are the bathtub (if your unit has one), the large master bathroom and closet, the arched balcony outside the bedroom window, the pickleball courts, the smart home package, and how bright the entire unit is. Not to mention how beautiful the entire community is. Perfect for evening walks and hanging out by the pool or fire pits.

  Want an honest review about living at Stella? Look no further. Let me tell you what it’s been like since I’ve began my journey here. Since the beginning of my search of looking for a new place to live, I am extremely grateful that I chose this community. The entire staff here has been absolutely amazing. Valorie, the property manager, is an absolute light! She takes her time with helping others and really enjoys taking care of her residents and community which shows in every aspect. The rest of office staff, J’onna and Marissa are just incredible as well! They are so fast with helping residents and always very joyful which is so refreshing!! Everyone here is so welcoming and inviting which was also relieving to experience while moving to a new area. Even the maintenance team is outstanding. They are quick with request and they are actually respectful when coming into your home for maintenance things as they do not come in unannounced and they are professional. The application process was very easy to navigate and the interactive map was very helpful when selecting a unit. I got a response very quick when I put in my application and the apps you get when you are a resident make navigating and paying rent etc. sooo easy. Plus, the amenities you get here as a resident are second to none. All of which are listed on the site but truly you get so much here on the property - pool, gym, pickleball, etc. definitely check out the community area too when you request a tour. Located in a good area, close to a lot, and most important to me is that it is a clean AND well maintained property! You cannot get any better than this and truly encourage anyone thinking about moving to go ahead reach out to the front office find out why you should move to Stella. I hope this helps gives some insight from a from a happy resident and hopefully a neighbor in the future!

  Absolutely fantastic place to live. The office staff is super fanatic. Al the new manager has been so personal and loving towards our family. Making sure we are comfortable and loving our new home Highly recommend.

  I’m new to this property and so far I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS COMMUNITY! Marissa, Johnna, and Valerie are all amazing and so friendly. The property is very beautiful and clean. I recently attended one of the monthly resident events and it really felt like we were all family . Also, I really love how the office team knows all of the residents and makes us all feel so welcomed! If you are looking for a new home in San Tan Valley, I highly recommend Stella!!!
