  I have to give a huge shoutout to our Maintenance Manager Richard and the entire technician team—they are truly outstanding! With that said , in regards to our service today … Alex is a prime example of a professional technician. He is respectful , hardworking , kind and very punctual. We submitted request around 1 am on Tuesday and they were here same day around 1030 am . Kudos to Richard and Alex today and their willingness to serve the commmuinty . The work is always done professionally, thoroughly, and with great attention to detail. No half-fixes or coming back multiple times; they get it right the first time. The maintenance manager Richard does an amazing job coordinating everything and keeping the property in top shape, while the technicians are skilled, courteous, and respectful of our space. Thanks to their outstanding efforts, our apartment feels well-maintained and safe. If you’re considering this community, know that the maintenance team is one of the best parts of living here—highly recommend and truly appreciate them!

  I love Stella. I have been living here for 4 months. I love the front office ladies, each one is so sweet and kind. As well as the Maintance team. the new manager, Richard, has helped make each maintance request comfortable and is very knowledgeable. thank You richard and the office team like Val, Marissa and Jhoanna for making my first experience living on my own very amazing experience. you guys are the best

  First of all, I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to J'honna. She was so sweet and very patient with us from the beginning to the end. She made our move in nice and smooth. And we definitely appreciate all her help. This is a beautiful and clean community and we love it so far. Another Big Thank You is for the maintenance guys Richard and Jalen. They are so professional, courteous and super friendly. They went above and beyond to address a couple issues we had when moving in. They are definitely on top of things. So again, thanks guys. My hubby and I are looking forward to our new journey here at Stella!

  I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. This is a little embarrassing to admit, but my rent check NSF’d this month. I was already stressed to the max, and when I called the office I was frustrated, upset, and honestly… not my best self. Nicky and Melissa answered the phone, and I have never experienced customer service like theirs — not in my personal life, and not even during the three years I worked in multifamily myself. They showed me so much compassion and patience. They listened while I vented, explained everything clearly and kindly, and made sure I understood exactly what my options were. They didn’t make me feel judged, and they didn’t rush me. By the time I hung up, I went from literally bawling my eyes out to actually laughing. I can’t even explain how much that meant in that moment. Living somewhere is one thing… feeling supported, understood, and treated like a human being is something completely different. Stella is lucky to have people like Nicky and Melissa. I’m even luckier to have them as my management team. If you’re thinking about moving here — do it. The community is beautiful, but the people are what make it home.

  Once again I wanted to present the ladies Nikki, Marissa and Johanna with their flowers . These amazing ladies were instrumental in assisting my daughter with her application process with two-dots. My daughter applied and was having screening issues, which drove her insane. These ladies worked tirelessly to assist her with his matter. I absolutely love living here at Stella Luxury Apartments and that is the reason I encouraged my daughter to apply here. Each time I walked into the office frustrated with two-dots process these ladies patiently answered my questions and communicated with two-dots to resolve the matter. KUDOS KUDOS ladies. keep up the amazing work you do at Stella to make your resident feel at home.
