- TZTom ZizzoAug 27, 20255.0Our purchase of a Clayton Home out in Picacho Peak went super smooth.Brian,our salesperson was very knowledgeable,professional,and friendly as he walked us through the whole process. Being that we were living in Oregon and sold our park model in Picacho there were some technicalities with banking,homeowners insurance,mortgage issues etc.Brian and David,from our mortgage broker put their heads together and after that all went smoothly.Ordering of house in Buckeye went great.Construction was completed ahead of schedule.Workmanship was superb. We moved in March 1st 2025 and are now full time Arizona residents. Margaret and myself would not only want to thank Brian,and everyone involved with the purchase of our new home,but also highly recommend Clayton Homes and their team of experts if your looking to purchase a new residence in Picacho Peak. It’s a false advertisement for some guy in a mobile home park 8 miles from this location selling Clayton home inside an adult park where you pay rent to own your home. Very misleading information. Don’t waste your time. Huge waste of our time
