- KDK DomkeJan 21, 20244.0The apartments themselves are gorgeous and feel more like a home than an apartment. Lots of space, and super high ceilings. Great location. Great apartment but there is no office onsite, so it can be challenging to get in touch with management. UPDATE 2024: The new person managing the place, Randi, is great. When we reached out, we heard back from her within 24 hours and she took care of everything we needed within 48 hours. UPDATE: I was finally able to get in contact with someone from their office, which is why I added another star. She was able to get us into the portal super quickly and scheduled an appointment for maintenance to come. ORIGINAL: I have lived in my apartment for almost a month and still have not been able to get any help from the leasing staff. We cannot access the portal to pay rent nor can we get anyone to help us with the maintenance requests we made 5 days after move in. We have called and emailed with no response. When we were able to connect, we were told one thing but nothing ever happened. They did not clean the apartment or do anything to get it ready for us. It's a great place unless you need help from management.

They never answer the phone and never get back to you, and then when you move out, you never get any response on the move out process or inspection and then they just charge you a bunch of money and send it to collections without any notice or documentation! Even though the area is nice and desirable, I’d highly recommend finding somewhere else just to avoid dealing with the property management company here. They will rob you.

The team we have worked with from leasing, management and maintenance have been pleasant, helpful and prompt. It’s in a great location and the neighbors are friendly as a great bonus.
