They only had 2 models to show. They are phasing out so basically not too many lots left only for 2 story go on. They will moving out of this area once few more sold. Homes are nice though but wanted to see another model that had but all built and pple living in them now. Will see where else they are building in queen creek. Sales rep was helpful

Have been very pleased with Pulte as a builder. The process from start to finish was a breeze. Sophia was a pleasure to deal with. The build itself was always on schedule with good communication when needed. Final walk through went well with issues found and corrected before move in. With that said, you have to do your own due diligence. We had a pre dry wall inspection and a one yr inspection both done by an outside inspector. Few issues found (typical inspection issues) but all were corrected by Pulte in a timely manner. Service department is the reason for 4 stars. They were difficult to deal with. Service requests often took multiple submissions and still needed phone calls. Seems to be a break down between service department and service rep. Had to get forceful on one occasion when was told by rep “I don’t want to pay trip charge to the plumber for a smell under your sink”. Maybe they are under staffed or don’t have the budget for repairs either way Pulte has an inadequate service dept. In the end, I love my house and am happy we bought it.

It is a shame that a national company like Pulte would falsify energy efficiency certificates to avoid repair poor workmanship with incorrect materials. Almost 2 years and we will have to take them to court over the radiant barrier. $2300 option that will cost $33,000 to fix. AZ ROC FAILED to hold them to the standards after a false energy certificate was submitted. They admitted no radiant barrier was installed but claimed it was on the certificate
