  I have nothing but great things to say about Peak Property Solutions! They are very responsive to maintenance requests, friendly and easy to deal with by phone/text/email. I love the text ability since my work schedule doesn’t always allow time for calls or emails. Best management company I have dealt with as a renter (for 2+ years) by far.

  I came across Peak Proprty Solutions last week while looking for a management company to manage my home. Courteous on the phone, but their fees are what gets me. Way TOO HIGH. They may have a good %, but when you add up EVERYTHING else, I was very unpleased and am taking my business elsewhere. Warning. Go over all the fees before committing here.

  Since Peak Property took over Hassayampa Mobile Home Park, they have been very helpful. Courtney was friendly and always available to answer my questions. She explained things so I would understand and guided me through the process.

  We lived at CALA in a downstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment for 9 months. The unit was new but had quite a few minor issues with the finishes. After being assured we wouldn't be blamed for defective floor transitions, we were charged $250 on move out. This was a petty thing to blame on us for their inferior product. Overall we liked living there except for bad sound proofing between units. We could hear many kitchen noises from side neighbor. Then when someone moved in upstairs, with heavy walking, on the hard floors, the noise became obnoxious & woke us up frequently. We complained to management but the problem continued. Luckily we were able to move out a few months later. These units were insufficiently sound proofed especially with consideration of having hard flooring. There were however many positives of great pine tree views, nice gathering park with BBQ, w/d in unit, great garage parking/storage & a fair price considering multiple utilities were free.
