  Rude and extremely disrespectful property manager on site! Dare I say he displayed racism! As a vendor delivering for maintenance/workers onsite, this man was rude walking out the door. I’m talking about pointing fingers, cursing, even walked up in the other workers face “you do what I say do, I’m in charge around here!” I can only imagine what the tenants and their guess go through. I wouldn’t want to live where a man like this works!

  Love my apartment. Plenty of space for all my belongings. Updated HVAC system. Short walk to the laundry mat. When I have a repair or issue with the unit I fill out work order and the problem is corrected in a timely matter. Dave and Justine are great friendly people who always have an answer to my questions. Never want to move. Can't beat the price either! The rent fits the unit. These buildings were build many years ago so you have to expect some wear and tear. All in all very satisfied tenant. Thank you
