The grounds are maintained well but every team could always use a bit of help. Residents keep the pigeons and other animals away as much as possible by not doing things that attract them, and remember to clean up after your pets. Big thank you to the property management team for adhering to community policies. We pay for peace of mind, among other things, and appreciate your help!

Horrible representation of management who walked over from apartment over 500 ft away not within sight and was obviously called to ask the service animal to leave.
- PHPhillip HeinenMar 20, 20182.0Pros: good location, management tries their best, if you have a roommate the rent is cheap, security guard at night Cons: roaches(a lot of them), repairs take a while to happen(if they happen at all), 45 seconds of hot water per shower, no hot water in any of the sinks.
