  The property management and maintenance team are all amazing! They are thoughtful and caring, and the property is beautiful and clean. I love that there are so many trees as part of the landscaping, it’s nice to feel surrounded by nature in the city. I love the mid century design and in terms of layout, this is maybe my favorite place I’ve lived! There is so much closet space and built in storage. I feel very lucky to have found this place!

  This apartment complex is truly a gem! The mid-century modern design is stunning, and the small community atmosphere makes it all feel so comfortable. The office is incredibly cute and welcoming, and the two women who helped me during my tour were absolutely fantastic and helpful. It's a very dog-friendly place, with more grass than any other complex I've seen in the area, plus over EIGHT (8) well-maintained pet waste stations with bags= a huge plus for pet owners and those of us who like a clean property! Everyone I met was humble and kind, even the maintenance team was polite when we passed. Even though the units didn't fit my personal timeline, the experience was awesome, and this is clearly one of the best communities around, I will be looking here again!

  I've lived here for five and in that time they have worked hard at updating things the best they can. The property management company is new but very kind. The buding is from the 50's and has some issues that arise but the maintenance team is very quick to get things fixed the right way. Chris, Daniel, and Doug are an amazing maintenance team that always make sure to take care of any issues quickly.

  I've lived here since 2020 and have had enjoyed living here very much. This is an older property, late 40's early 50's, and as we all know that older apartments have some issues. In the time that I have lived here they have replaced the roof with a better more insulated roof. Re-insulated and stucco of all external walls. New double pane sliding glass doors and windows in the main room off all apartments. New stronger and better insulated front doors and new laundry rooms. This being said, the living experience here continues to get better when it's already been great. Management is on top of things and the Maintenence crew of Chris, Daniel and Doug respond quick and are overall great guys. I actually know my neighbors and hang with them sometime. Something that's never happened to me in my 30 years in Phoenix. Overall, great place to live and a great community. Based on location, my experience and time here, I'd say to anyone, come join this community.
