  The Mob apartments was very accommodating from the first moment I came in contact with them. Being a transfer from another state, the Mod team arrange a video call to get a visual on the apartment. Also was kind enough to wait for me on a Saturday afternoon to make sure i received my keys and able to move in after a long trip to AZ. Shout out to Judith! She literally held my hand through the process and made it super smooth. Thank you all.

  I was switching apartments I was nervous about the process but Gabby helped me and told me not to worry that she had everything under control. Everything happened like she said it would and she is also very beautiful!

  Front desk staff was fabulous! Julissa was very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining how the Apt complex works. That was a big relief. It would be 5 stars if we were rating her only. The downfall, for us, is the screening management company. Findigs, made it a miserable process to apply. I thought they were on a power trip and not realistic. After much back and forth, via only email, because I was told they 'only communicate via email', and weren't allowed phone conversations, we were approved for an apartment. They were the only disappointment. We haven't moved in yet, so I don't have more to review. Julissa is an asset, Findigs leaves a bitter taste.

  ac never worked well in this place refused to fix it! we refused to pay rent until it was fixed and they refused to. Moved out and now owe money. They will screw you over and they do not work with you if you ever get into a bind ! I would not live there again bad place do not rent from them !!!!!!!!!! They don't answer there phone at all you have to go into the office to get a answer !!!
