  We’ve had a wonderful experience in our new community, truly amazing team from day one. Christian’s leadership stands out, and both he and Robert made our transition feel smooth and supported during a stressful downsizing. Chelsea has also been incredibly helpful, and the communication across the team is organized and efficient. Robert M. has been exceptional, professional, kind, and responsive. His care and pride in his work really show in the level of service. What makes this team special is how they balance professionalism with genuine care, they don’t just manage the property, they build community. We’re grateful for all of them, bravo to the entire team! One small suggestion: it would be great if Google allowed separate reviews for leasing and maintenance, as both truly deserve recognition.

  S/O to Rob in Maintenance! Our AC went out right after moving in, and it got unbearably hot. Rob came out at 10 PM, was quick, friendly, and professional. He brought a temporary AC unit to tide us over, explained the fix clearly, and made everything stress-free. Awesome service—Rob’s the best! And S/O to Christian! We needed to move fast and found The Hillburn online. Christian was fantastic on the tour—he explained everything thoroughly, showed us the full property and amenities, and got us into a townhome we love super quickly. My fiancé and I are thrilled here—modern, spacious, great location in North Phoenix. Highly recommend!

  Robert was very friendly, professional, and efficient. He helped fix every issue we had and he did it all quickly. We truly appreciate him and the maintenance team here at the Hillburn as a whole. They’re very dedicated to doing a great job and it really shows.

  Robert M. provided excellent home maintenance service today. He was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain everything he was doing. He was also very pleasant, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he worked efficiently and got everything taken care of quickly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and communication throughout the process.

  Christian, the Senior Leasing Specialist, has been absolutely wonderful to work with. From the very beginning, he has been extremely attentive and compassionate. You can truly tell that he loves what he does and genuinely cares about the residents. He is always friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Anytime I have had a question, he has taken the time to explain things clearly and make sure everything is taken care of. It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and welcoming attitude. Christian really goes above and beyond, and it makes a huge difference in the overall experience. Robert M from maintenance was fantastic. I submitted about 4 work order requests and within about 45 minutes he was already there addressing the issues. It was impressive how quickly he responded and took care of everything. He was efficient, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. It is great to see maintenance requests handled so promptly and with such care. His quick response and attention to the problem made the whole process very smooth.
