  Apartments inside are dirty. They do not clean just paint over the dirt. None of the cabinets have primer so after a few months paint starts peeling. When we moved in there was floor glue IN EVERY ROOM on multiple spots. They allow people to drink, yell, blast music every Saturday and Sunday all day and night outside of there Apartments. I work weekends unfortunately so there's constant conflict. The property isn't maintained They charge you every month for pools that are never full or clean, I have to rip down bushes just to get to the walkway of my mailbox it's so overgrown. Last summer during 116 degree week my AC unit broke. I HAD TO BUY MY OWN PORTABLE AC which it's literally THEIR JOB to provide and no one came to fix it for 6 DAYS. They also charge you monthly for pest control which doesnt happen ive never once seen any pest control trucks or people spraying. so be prepared for roach roommates even if your place is clean. PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE.

  Have lived here for about a year, it's been getting better with updates here and there along with community events every month. Maintenance stays on top of it and management is getting better. Have had some of the nicest neighbors as well. Would recommend to others looking for a flexible and nice apartment !

  So I’ve been living here over a year know and have had nothing but a positive experience. Julissa in the office is the one who helped me acquire thee Apartment Dec 2024 and things have been cooler then the other side of the pillow since.. Grateful to them all

  So long story short I’ve been living here for five years almost since it was Delmar Terrance. When I tell you the expertise,professionalism, and great vibes. That Rosario brings to the team at the front office. I mean it is amazing how this woman came into the role of being the property manager and started fixing everything that was wrong with the property. I’m so glad that we have her and I hope that she continues to do a great job. I Will hopefully stay another 2 to 3 years with her being in charge of the property.
