  Only reason im giving a five star as of today is because the maintenance guy is fast and efficient. Mr. Thomas the maintenance guy has provided excellence work and has been very helpful at providing the help that we need. He’s very polite and understanding. We told him we’ve had some issues with our apartment. We had recently moved into, thanks to him and Alicia at the front desk. we were able to get Everything fixed in appropriate time and manner. Thank you Mr.Thomas

  Honestly Im really grateful I chose this complex. The move in process was smooth and since moving here management has been very helpful, quickly responsive and genuinely caring. Overall it’s been a lot less stressful than my previous complexes, highly recommend 😊

  Been trying to get a hold of the leasing office for 2 weeks and they never answer their phone. Also, every time i go to check the actual office they always have a note on the door saying their closed during regular business hours.

  Amazing location of west phoenix a lot to do near by there’s a park walking distance and a mall just 5 min away!! Also a Starbucks 1 min away! And so much more the office staff Alicia and Desirae answered all my questions real great people.

  En general tienen muy buen servicio, instalaciones, etc. el equipo de mantenimiento es muy bueno y atiende rápido, solo opino que debería haber un guardia en las noches ya que entran muchos homeless y también tienen que poner más atención a las llamadas de oficina ya que es muy muy raro que respondan o regresen llamadas pero por lo demás estoy muy conforme.
