  Had a great experience touring Refinery with Gabriel. He was very nice, super helpful, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel relaxed and informative. The community itself is absolutely stunning, and the location is what I need close to work. I really enjoyed the tour and appreciated how welcoming and informative the experience was.

  The actual property is GORGEOUS!!! Very beautiful, as someone who lived in many mid rises and high rises, this one is up there in rank. The reason for 3 stars is not because of the property but because of the experience my family and I received during our tour. I didn’t catch the guy’s name (most likely wasn’t told), but he was very standoff-ish. During the tour he would walk away as we were viewing the property so when we had questions we would have to locate him. As a leasing agent, he should’ve been there to inform us on all of amenities and answer any questions we may have had. While walking the units, he was not there to “sell” us the units. It was more of a “here damn” vibe we kept getting. He would be looking at his shoes and texting in his phone. Which was very uncomfortable for us. My husband works at TSMC, the guy NEVER once mentioned the employee incentive to us. I found out about that viewing the website after leaving the property. We were never offered any water or snack upon arrival. I’m very big on first impressions, this was terrible because of we choose to live here, this is what we’ll be dealing with on a daily. I refuse to be uncomfortable where I lay my head and pay bills at. If there’s any type of social anxiety, maybe this isn’t the position for him. Also, if this the case it should be mentioned upfront as well so that people aren’t offended. It definitely feels as though we were judged negatively and treated portly based of that judgement.

  I arrived at 3:25 PM on Saturday (4/4) hoping to preview an apartment. Upon entering, a leasing agent was sitting behind the counter but did not stand to greet me or offer assistance. I initiated the interaction and asked about viewing an apartment. He immediately asked if I had an appointment; when I said no, he mentioned he had one scheduled from 3:45–4:00 PM. I then asked what time the office closed, and he stated 5:00 PM. However, he did not offer the option to show me a unit after his appointment or attempt to accommodate me in any way. Instead, I was asked to return on Monday. Throughout the interaction, there was no effort to engage no questions about what I was looking for, preferred move-in date, or budget. No information was shared about available floor plans, current specials, or community amenities such as the pool or gym. I also was not asked for my contact information for follow-up. When I asked if I could at least view the pool area, he appeared irritated and reluctantly got up. I had to ask multiple questions just to receive basic information, including pricing, what was included, how specials were structured, and whether there were additional fees like technology or valet trash. I toured two other communities nearby the same day and had a completely different, much more welcoming experience. As a result, I will be renting with one of them.

  Polet is such a sweet person!! She gave me the best tour of this complex and I was amazed with all of the amenities, the floor plans, and how close it is to everything I need. I can’t wait to move in!!

  This apartment complex is such a beautiful property with great views and amenities! We didn’t have a tour scheduled but Polet was kind enough to take us around, and provided exceptional service! Definitely considering Refinery at the top of our list!
