  I was looking for a home to rent. Every home I viewed prior to the one I rented with RPM had damages that the owner wasn’t willing to fix prior to committing to signing the lease, were filthy or had a property management company with a lack of communication. This process was pleasant and not stressful. Property was in great shape, clean and required no repairs. Easy process from viewing to lease signing/paying the security deposit. RPM has kept an open line of communication. Offers text correspondence for the fastest replies. So far everything has been a 10/10!

  I moved from out of state and RPM Phoenix Valley was great to work with! I was approved in a day or so and the place looked exactly like the photos I saw earlier which was awesome! The place was super clean and all ready for me to move in! I cant recommend RPM Phoenix Valley enough!

  we are currently looking for a new place. since rpm valley metro took over glendale grove. it has been awful there have been so many people moving out and they all said they don't like the new community. They send people to do work like termites but don't give any notice and expect us to let anyone in our back gates. There was a police and prositute had a stand off they ended up moving out. and no one knew and then unit 121 had the cops over a few weeks back busted window he beat a woman in the street. there a several of us who have rpm on camera chasing it looks like stray cats with food and then the cats/kittens come up really sick and two have died. that is animal cruelty. this company is awful and two more people are moving out they said they don't like the management company. The owner should have never hired them
