  We have lived at our progress property for a little over 2 years now and have loved it. Every-time we need something fixed they send out the best techs that are super friendly and quick to get stuff done. Today after a rough day back home after some reconstruction to our kitchen; Shawn showed up to fix our freezer and AC and man he was MOVIN! His friendly personality and workmanship were truly what we needed after a rough day of essentially moving back in. We let him know the issues we were facing after being gone for 2 weeks and he took no time to get to the issues and help us get our rental home back in working conditions for us. Shawn is definitely one of those people who does his job for the love of helping others not just the paycheck and it truly shows.

  I rented a house in Newnan Ga and we are now in our second week. You cannot get through to any management, code enforcement just left and found many exposed wires, broken switches, roaches and mold. Smoke detectors are not wired, walls are nasty so we had to hire a cleaning crew, House smelled as if someone may have passed away and i have a baby and a child on the way. I would highly recommend staying as far away from progress residential as possible. No how water in our shower still and kitchen faucet broken and well as the refrigerator is supposedly being ordered as well. I am a computer software engineer and my wife is a stay at home mom. We will be filing court paperwork tomorrow.

  This review is specifically for Jenne in the customer care department. There was a major leak in my home and she helped coordinate my hotel accommodations multiple times and stayed in communication with me to help me navigate this stressful time. When there were issues, she helped find an answer, when there was uncertainty, she helped calm me down by responding and calling. I am so thankful for her help!!

  Omg if I could give this real estate company -0 I would. From the get-go a nightmare. Everybody that we were in touch with didn’t know what the other person was talking about or gave us different information. May I make a suggestion to progress? Assign one person keep one person there for your residence. We came into our home that smelled like dog urine and cigarettes. The lease clearly states no smoking. We had to endure that smell for one year. We complained no one came. We had no keys for our mailbox & we had no key for outdoor to get in through the gate. I had to walk in through the wash for a year. May I make another suggestion progress? How about having everything ready once you get your first month payment? I don’t think that’s too much to ask since you’ve been paid. Avoid at all costs. There are a bunch of dingdongs!

  DO NOT rent with this company!! I get they have a few great ratings but if you read them you’ll notice they aren’t commonly from ppl who have been dealing with them for a long enough time to realize how awful they are. They don’t like to fix anything! They only come out if your repair is of a certain amount or issue. Then, if it’s broken when you move out, they charge you for it. Their deposits are outrageous. The deposit was $3750 for a home that was only $2300 a month. They charged for painting the walls, carpet and broken drawers that were constantly falling apart from the time we moved in and they were made aware. They charged $1000 to repair carpet that wasn’t even new at move in and they had stayed the home for 2 years. It’s not even legal To charge for brand new carpet if it’s over 5 years old and they didn’t provide any proof that the carpet needed to be replaced. The refrigerator in the home kept breaking spoiling all the food multiple times for over a week at one point and they gave a hard time to help replace the groceries or take the cost off of rent. I could go on and on. If you can, find another place to rent!!!
