  This is for the maintenance team. I put in a request he came right away and fixed the issues with my toilets and now no issues. Great job!

  Absolute joke of a apartment complex. The Palazzo needs to be sold to new managment company, bulldozed and build into a new complex. This place was outdated in 2010. All the appliances are not only old but cheap so you can imagine how great they work. Your dishes come out dirtier, oven had crazy cold spots, your garage door opener opens other people's garage. So get used to your opening in the middle of the night. By far the worst apartment I've lived in. I don't understand the positive reviews on here they are either paid or live in some type of pyschosis. There has been a sink hole ruining parking for some units that has not been fixed since we unfortunately moved in here in October so who knows how long it's been like that.

  The property is always clean, well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped. The management team is professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests, which really makes a difference - Especially Kylie Kelly. Always going above and beyond!

  Relocating from out of town . Great experience 10/10 toured a 3 bedroom with Memory great customer service , professional and very knowledgeable no questions left unanswered. I’m looking forward to my move. 🥰

  The place is currently under the management of PB Bell. They're absolutely horrible, as i had lived there for 10 years, under 3 previous management companies and this one was the worst. Asked for replacement of things that obviously had deteriorated due to time, and not by any fault of ours, and you would think I was pulling teeth from a baby. They ultimately didn't renew my lease when it was time for a new one and gave no reason why. I assumed it was because rather than repair or replace things while we paid to live there, why not kick us out, renovate it, raise the price, and at all nice to welcome someone new to rent it. Maintenance was horrible. During last summer when I felt my AC wasn't acting right, the guy comes to the place, says all looks well, then when I pressed the issue, a professional was called out. Come to find out the wiring was messed up, needed a new condenser. We ended up paying 3 months of bills in excess of$500. Dog poop is always everywhere, gym equipment broken and never fixed. There was a sink hole on property that was there before we left at the end of 2025, and it's still yet to be repaired. Actually looks worse now. I would say stay clear of this place. They fake like residents are important until your lease is signed and then the realness comes out. Oh, and you might just get the surprise of your life and have it not renewed by PB Bell, the worst management company ever.
