  Before renting here, read the reviews about towing! We wish we had. My son and his pregnant wife dealt with repeated towing while living here, which caused constant stress and unnecessary expense. Just look through the reviews — the towing issue is clearly a pattern. When they moved out, our family cleaned the apartment from top to bottom. It was honestly cleaner than when they moved in. Despite that, the complex kept their $350 deposit and then charged them an additional $400. One of those charges was a water bill they had already paid. Instead of spending weeks arguing back and forth, they paid it just to be done with the situation. That alone should say a lot about how difficult the process is. This place seems more focused on finding ways to charge tenants than on running the property for the people paying to live here. Renters should be VERY cautious before signing a lease.

  Absolutely terrible. Pools always closed. Theres constantly some random thing going on with fire extinguishers that you have to deal with. Can’t have anything on your patio. Neighbors play music and ride dirtbikes all night and you can hear it through the thin walls. if you want to have a guest after 5PM, too bad. theyll tow them. In fact, they have tow trucks circling the complex at 4:59 just waiting. They claim to have cameras but someone crashed into my husbands truck in the middle of the night and the police couldnt get the recording. gates always broken. we were charged $750 for paint at move out despite being thanked for leaving the apartment in such good condition. spiders. trash charges. at move out we were also charged for a water bill from our first two months there? which by the way our monthly bill was somehow $150-200 each month. Ive lived in multiple apartments and none have even come close to how horrible this one is. especially the office staff. do yourself a favor and steer clear. our AC went out and so did our water heater. the complex is old and expensive. I could go on and on. dont. move. here.

  Have lived here for a few months. Office staff and maintenance staff are the best! Property is well maintained. Lots of amenities to keep busy and relax. Close to major freeways, shopping, and dinning. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable living. I signed a 14 month lease and have already decided that I'll be renewing my lease when the time comes. By far the best rental experience I have ever had. Thank you!

  Don't let the pool area fool you. This place is full of more rules than it than a jail. They will tow your vehicle for the slightest infraction. Bought a brand new car. Took it to the office to tell them need a new sticker. They said that it was not capable of a new sticker until proof of insurance and registration. How do you bring your brand new car home and get all that stuff lined up in order to park your car there? My car was towed in the office at Las colinas apartments could care less. They stuck to their grounds. That corporate says this and if the sticker isn't in the right proper spot at the time of 4:30 in the morning when they pull through the tow vehicles or what hours they show up, they tow it at ridiculous rates and they don't tow them correctly. Brand new car was drug out of the parking spot. This place will make you a criminal if you're not one yet. I'm writing this as I did live here but left. My girl friend still lives there and it was here 2026 brand new car (4 days old with 118 miles on it) that they aggressively pulled the car out of it's assigned parking spot. After she tried to get the sticker from management. You will not be treated as a customer. Tow company (Kwik tow) and Los Collinas have no respect toward the residents here. I leave with this. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...
