  My husband and I lived at the Enclave for a year and decided not to renew our lease for a handful of reasons. First off, Jen was very helpful when issues arose. However, the issues we dealt with were constantly loud music from our neighbors late at night and early in the mornings, constantly smelling weed throughout the complex, multiple packages being stolen of our porch when not delivered to the mail room, overflowing dumpsters, some homeless people, and very loud construction from the recent demolition of the Jackson’s car wash and gas station. We also dealt with some drainage issues in our kitchen sink and shower that was explained to us that the building is just old and gets backed up but maintenance helped with those issues. The location of the enclave is great though.

  Jenn was amazing, she gave me all the information I needed. She was super friendly and provided a great tour of the apartments. The apartments themselves are really nice as well as they have a really good layout and are newly renovated!

  Plesent and personal tour from Jen, plenty of opportunities for discounts. Location is quiet and apartment layouts are interesting.

  These guys really deserve the 5 stars. I just moved in this month, but Keila, Jennifer, and the awesome maintenance crew are top notch. Very kind. Very easy to deal with. Looking forward to my year here. Cheers.
