- JTJuan TrevinoOct 20, 20252.0You want my opinion well here it is….overall look of the community appears to be nice but the more you look around the more you start to notice how poorly it was put together(from the sinkholes throughout the property to the many door handles the just fall off because it’s missing hardware inside the unit 🤦🏽♂️) And the parking situation thats another story its horrendous if i had to choose a word.The gym looks rundown some equipment doesnt even work.My car was even towed from a parking spot that belongs to the unit next to me that is empty, so that’s interesting because the tow company said only the person living in the unit could do that!! So make sure you save your pennies for an occasional tow.

- SHStacey HallOct 2, 20251.0The property itself looks nice, but the management is terrible. Expect random, unexplained fees added to your rent months later. Safety is a huge concern someone literally died at the bus stop right in front of the complex, and the area is full of drug activity and homeless individuals who freely wander through despite the complex being advertised as “luxury.” There is nothing luxury about this place. The rates are way too high for such a crime ridden area, and car break ins happen constantly. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Help us with making the decision of moving in super easy to make. I love that even though we are in a complex with others there’s so much privacy and it’s calming. I thank you Bre for helping us into our home and being very kind throughout the processes.
